John is not just a skilled designer, but also a thought partner who was sought out by our cross-functional partners, from business, to operations and tech. He was able to manage his own time, meet deadlines to keep the project on track in relation to the roadmap, and proactively sought out information from unfamiliar people and resources where necessary to keep the ball rolling. His communication is top notch, in that he's able to not only talk about the work in a vacuum and its impact for customers and agents, but how it also connects to larger initiatives.
